I’ve been a patient since 2009; initially I sought treatment for acute sciatica and stenosis. I was hunched over, moaning and sleepless…My traditionally- trained doctor offered narcotic medication and surgery rather than addressing body mechanics, exercise and other non-drug therapy. Dr. Paul Reed addressed my specific needs, including K-1 Laser, adjustments, stretching and exercises I can do at home to improve posture and strengthen my core.
